AcePerHead Sportsbook Pay Per Head Review

AcePerHead Sportsbook Pay Per Head has been in business since 1998 and is part of the family. Furthermore, is arguable one of the oldest Bookie PPH Provider in the industry. In our AcePerHead Sportsbook Pay Per Head Review we will use and rate their sports betting software and platform.

This Bookie Pay Per Head Provider uses the DGS sports betting platform and has been changed to suit their needs. In fact, it is quite common to see Pay Per Head Services use DGS or ASI. This is because they are without a doubt one of the best sports betting software for the American market.

Unfortunately, according to several Sportsbook Pay Per Head Reviews of they have a reputation for bad customer service. However, we did not want to make a judgment on this company based on other reviews. Thus, we decided to make our own Bookie PPH Review! Information General Info:

As we all know, there is no such things as the perfect Sportsbook PPH Solution as every bookie has different needs. Some PPH services come close but it was not the case with the AcePerHead PPH service.  Don’t get us wrong, they have a solid service but we expected more due to the higher price per player.

However, keep in mind that the $10 per player they charge does include your own personal sports betting website. However, even with the personal site we expected a better interface because this is a normal deal for their competitors.

In addition, to use the live casino and the live betting you have to pay an extra $5 per player. This is a ridiculous fee at a ridiculous price because several Bookie PPH Services offer it without extra charges.

Registering with

Opening a Bookie PPH Account with is a long and complicated process.  Most PPH Services have automated registration. However with it consists of filling out a form accompanied by a few emails and phone calls.

It took them a couple of hours to contact us once we had submitted the sign-up form.  From there, we just had to answer a few questions about the type of gambling operation we wanted to have.  From there, we just had to make a deposit in order for them to setup our account.

On a side note, we thought that our sales representative was polite and courteous.  Either the other PPH reviews got unlucky and got a bad clerk or we got lucky and got a good one!

Sportsbook Software Review of Agent BackendAs a PPH company with over 20 years of experience, we expected to see well made software with incredible features.  What we got instead was a software with no apparent bugs and a kickass reporting system.

At first glance, the agent backend looks a bit cluttered and complicated but once you get used to it, you will see that it is exactly where it should be.  This is because they have several  features and management option that really can help you manage your book better.

In terms of player management, we liked that the interface is easy to use and has many options.  In addition, one of the best features they offer is a player chat which also stores player chat history.  This is great as it really allows you to see how your players interact with their customer service.

We also like that they took the time to make different types of reports that really give you the information you need to manage your sportsbook.

From a player’s POV, the betting interface on the player website is ok.  It is clearly the DGS platform which is as solid as it gets.  However, after 20 years as a PPH provider we expected to see a much nicer and betting interface. PPH Rating: 5.5

Why AcePerHead Received this Rating

We gave this rating because despite being expensive and having mediocre software they are still a solid operation. Even though they have a decent Bookie PPH Service, you can get an equal or better service for less money.
